The communication was terrible and we owned BMW for many years we found out we had to pay extra for the free service winced it past the 36 months. He also said some dealerships rip you off on service we don’t why would he say that? I would not shop at arrowhead would goto penske to buy as we are buying a new one in next 4 weeks.
