Lack of professionalism and attention to detail. My advisor, Michael was rude and missed a repair to my door (trim) and tire pressure was low due to a nail and not “weather confirms” as he stated. My vehicle would have left with a nail still in it which was causing the low tire issue had I not complained to his manager Josh. Overall experience was poor. I have requested a different advisor but do not know if that has happened yet.

The service rep was great but the overall experience was poor service n relation to wait time for an oil change and new tires. In addition, the tires were not “new clean” and did not have any valve stem covers when I took possession of the vehicle. Very unsatisfactory for a BMW dealership and the level of product I received.
