I do not appreciate the final product. The hitch sticks way too far out after I was guaranteed that it would not. I would like someone to please call me to talk through how we can change this. I believe the current product drastically devalues the BMW that I purchased.

Working with Colin was good but after I left the facility the unit will not reconnect to a phone I sent Colin a text message as we had been talking all the way threw the transaction and now no reply from him.
As of right now I the money I paid you guys around $2000 is a waste until I hear back from some one or Colin.
He was extremely helpful and seemed to be very responsive while car was there but now no reply.

Unfortunately my service advisor failed to provide me with requested information and failed to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. Your dealership had my car for repairs for over 3 weeks and I had little communication as to the status. My repair was over $7k and I felt like I did not have an opportunity to provide input during the process. With that said my advisor was professional and and kind, but I feel like the communication could have been a lot better.
