Quick responses, had a loaner for me ready when I got there, and went over everything I needed to know about my car. Joe did a great job. I’m not particularly happy with the BMW policy in charging to install over-the-air software updates. My battery was found to not have quite enough charge for the installation to commence, but charging over $300 to force it through is ridiculous. BMW needs to develop a solution for these software updates. I have had only 1 install after a week of it being ready, and only after I downloaded the update to my iPhone (it would never download to the car itself). All other updates would never install. No other manufacturer has this issue.
