Steve did a great job to expedite my service. I checked in at 7 for a 7:30 appt. The young man that met me as I drove in, failed to let Steve know that I had arrived early. Finally at 7:35 he was made aware that i had arrived. Not Steve’s issue at all…need to train your ‘greeters'

I recently purchased my X3 from you because of the superior service my husband has received on his 300 series from Taylor. Steve has totally soured my opinion and now I am questioning whether I made a mistake on this purchase. From the first minute of this service until we picked up the vehicle he had a very poor attitude and was NOT helpful at all. I would appreciate speaking with a manager in regard to this situation. His attitude was that he was doing us a favor by taking in the car because Taylor was on vacation. He walked away from us without answering any questions that we had.
