Taylor was great Devin must have hired him, and it’s about time to see Devin in the big office because he deserves it after all that work he put in over the years you can see the changes and difference in the customer service due to him being in charge just barely a year in. I was considering going elsewhere after a previous experience before his take over due to the bad customer service but now we will stay and buy as well from this dealership.

One of the worst service advisors in my entire life. Mike was disrespectful, rude, arrogant and obnoxious. Devin the service manager was extremely polite, super helpful and attentive. He saved the day by doing what Mike should have done. I will have to rethink my sales & service choice for my next BMW. If not for Devin, the choice was made super easy by obnoxious Mike.
