We are not new customers, you service two of our car regularly, so this round when it took 3 days to get any work done, it was a bit of surprise. When we mentioned that we were told that is normal. I have yet to experience that since owning two BMWs, so maybe I’ve just been lucky to never have experienced it. Felted more like we got the “brush off” excuse vs this is normal. Then when we ask for the coupon for service we were told no since you comped the diagnostic, but every place comps the diagnostic when repairs are made. This visit has me rethinking our future service needs on both cars.
