Taylor was outstanding so it’s not on him , but it’s going to take time to diagnose and resolve the issues and also time to get the glass repair set up. I thought that would be able to get fixed same day.

Worst service experienced in my 50 years of driving. BMW is expected to have a high bar. Advisor never contacted me regarding the service. I had to call every time. Car sat an entire day without anyone looking at it. Next day assigned technician had training so nothing done then either. No loaner car was offered until I said something. Part came in a few days later and no call regarding it being in and tech was off that day. Took over a week. Will never return after talking with the supervisor. Didn’t offer any suggestions or corrective action. I have new cars planned for 2025 and 2026 and question whether they will be BMWs.
