I came down to get a key programmed for my BMW and when I asked how long it would take and Joe said three hours.When I told him the lady I talk ed with on the phone said 15-30.Joe and the manager tried to convince me I would have to have a 21 point inspection before they could program my key.Than a five minute argument occurred.
