All service was very good until after I picked up vehicle and I get a message that I’m low on coolant. Coolant service was pointed out to me and I authorized service and paid for it, I checked level at home and it is below minimum level so I am now buying coolant, I will be contacting Taylor on Monday for follow up.

Arrived and was instructed to have a chair. Some 30 minutes later know won contacted us. We were told Mike is on the phone and will contact you shortly. We waited some 30-40 minutes and I finally went to his desk. Still on the phone.
Then we returned the loaner car and the same issues. Mike on the phone. Again we waited for up to 40 minutes before I got up again and stood by his desk until he got off the phone. Looking to go elsewhere for service on our two BMW’s.
Then can time to pay and Arrowhead made us pay the credit card fees. Never in my driving history did that happen. Going back to Chapman BMW .
