Our windshield was replaced a week ago, and the wipers were installed by the glass service incorrectly. When I called Taylor, he said to bring the ix to “service” and it would be fixed.
He not only had it completed in a timely manner, but also checked for proper functioning. Friendly, communicative and detailed! Thanks for taking care of business - from the initial order for getting the windshield replaced to having the installer work corrected.
