I had an 11am appointment for an oil change on my X5 and waited there for a little over 2 hrs!!! I didn't get my car back until 1:15pm! Then you guys want to charge $250 for a brake service?! Changing brake fluid shouldn't cost almost $300! I'm just tired of you guys trying to take advantage of your hard working customers and our love of our vehicles!!! I own a X3, X5 & RNineT 50th Anniversary Edition!!! Good day...
