He also kept me posted with any news regarding my auto service. I appreciate Taylor’s customer service and also the work your tech showed on the diagnostic video. It was hard to believe that I actually had a leak in my seal since my car is not driven that much at 5 years old with only 9200 miles. But with Taylor’s explanation, it was understandable. Worse service ever. Your service advisor needs to learnt listen and vLue customer service. My oil change was never done, even though it was on the work order with Riley and on the paperwork I filled put when I arrived. Horrible experience. Zero Stars
