Several people were very helpful while I was stranded on the road side. Thank you to the maintenance person who text me to help out, thanks to the on call people and the RaR towing and the very prompt service at the dealership. It was a very positive experience with Volvo.

They were able to fix the “start/stop service issue”. I was told if it was a software update I would have to leave my car all day. Luckily they could replace the battery. I wish software updates could be done at home instead of driving :45 and leave may car all day.
