- This appointment was a reschedule from the appointment that was supposed to happen last week. However, it was scheduled for 8am and I was not notified until after 9:30am that the driver would not be coming until much later. I had to notify my bosses that I couldn’t make it to my shift that day because I assumed I’d have a loaner car by 8:30 at the latest. Due to the issues with Volvo’s scheduling and lack of communication, I was left waiting with no update.
- For this current appointment, it was scheduled for 8am and the pick up didn’t occur until after 9am.
- When it was ready for drop off, the car was brought to my old address and nobody communicated the correct drop off address to the driver.
- I was told the tar was removed from my car during detailing, but it wasn’t.
- I was not notified of when my claim would be complete with the tires or any kind of follow up steps.
