Service advisor Crissman is professional and her knowledge of the XC60 is better than any Volvo service advisor I’ve dealt with either in the valley or in Mpls-St. Paul. Very helpful!

My vehicle was in for a oil change and tire rotation and to diognose a noise i was hearing. Dropped off at 11am and received a text at 3pm that it will be done soon and to text if I had any questions. I did. Twice. Once to ask if they found anything at 350pm and a second time asking if my car was going to be left over night at 641pm. The service center closed and no response from anyone. Had no clue what was going on. The following day I waited till 1030am with no call or response from my messages. I called and spoke to the service manager, who assured me he was sorry.
