Hi! Service was fantastic. Everyone was nice and helpful and got me in last minute while in the middle of a road trip. But…..it’s 24 hours later and my check engine light came back on. I went to O’Reilly and they ran a diagnostic which is read it as the exact same problem. I have to get from Phoenix to Nashville in 2.5 days so can’t just pop in tomorrow. Feeling very insecure driving and the anticipation of 2.5 days of stress is a bummer.

Ask customers who wait how long do they have. Do a better job of setting expectations on wait times. Don’t assume customers can sit there for 3 hours.
