The service was great. Leslie was very professional and helpful. But the only thing that bothers me is the 3% percent technology fees I was not aware of and never heard of it on any place I have been. For that reason I don’t think I will service my car there unless it is necessary. Thanks

We have brought the car in for this one repair 4 times. The first time was on 8/1 of last year. The compressor was replaced. Parts and labor, $922. It operated for a couple of weeks, and then died. Since it was autumn, I decided we would wait for the next service and bring it in then. The next service was 4/17. I reported the issue. The diagnosis was a condensor issue. Parts and labor, $884.00 We used the AC one time and it immediately failed. The car returned to the shop on 6/7. A diagnosis was made that there was a faulty relay. It was replaced at no charge. We didn't use the AC again until the weekend of 6/24. Turned it on, not working. I brought the car back in and the diagnosis was the compressor had a leak. It was replaced. The part was still under warranty but the labor was charged at $520. We have spent $2200 on this issue and I wonder if the problem after the first repair was a leak in the compressor. I'm not happy to have paid so much nor to have to make four trips. Stuff happens. I get that. But from my viewpoint, I had already paid over $1700 for the repairs. I don't think the extra $520 from this last visit was warranted. Jeff said he was going to review the whole series of transactions. He knew I was uncomfortable making that last payment. AC systems aren't that complicated. This should have been one (or two if we received a leaky compressor) and done.
