I was surprised to learn of charge for loaner car upon pickup. I was not made aware. The charge was relatively low but it’s the first time that I’ve had to pay for loaner - option is to ask customer to sit in service lobby or arrange for ride. With my Audi, I never pay for loaner. Not sure if that is dealer or Acura policy. However, the service rep was very professional and attentive throughout the process so that was positive experience.
