I brought my car in to get a state inspection completed and did not know that the car got rejected until AFTER I paid and was going to drive off. I went back to the receptionist and let him know that this was complete BS that I got a rejection sticker because of my tints and no one communicated to let me know. His response to me was “well no one told me about it either.” That’s a miscommunication between your team. The courteous thing to do would have been to alert me to the fact that my tints would not pass, as I was unaware that they were not a legal percentage. I am in sales myself and I know exactly what should have been done to let the customer know. Extremely poor customer service.
