Overall, we were satisfied. However, I was a bit upset by the condescending manner in which the service writer told me there wasn’t a problem with my car and that she could teach me how to operate that function of my vehicle — that I have been operating just fine for 3 years, and in my two previous Pilots. I think that the problem I was experiencing was fixed when the door’s locking function was repaired — like a series circuit. Anyway, she could have simply said that they were unable to duplicate the problem after repairing the door and it seems to no longer be an issue rather than insinuating I might not understand the functionality of my vehicle.
