I came to Santa Barbara on vacation, I didn't intend to have to take care of my car at the same time. From the moment I first called, and spoke with Carlos, I knew I was in good hands. He was able to explain to me what the problem might be, and what the options are. Understanding that this was vacation, and that a special dinner was planned in Oxnard, he went above and beyond to get me a rental car. He also kept me informed at every step of the way, and was able to text me, to ensure that I was kept informed.
