Way too slow for check in. My service person was not knowledgeable in the areas where I needed help. (Unusual subject). I didn’t know I would receive text msg alert when car was ready & had it on silent since I was inside.
I was so surprised about my warranty that I forgot to tell him about the other problems I was having with the car. (Which means I will have to take the car back.
This was the worst service visit I have ever had at this dealership. I have been a customer since 2011. Information was not forthcoming. The way the set up is at intake is ridiculous. Many people waiting much longer to ck in or out. No one knew what was going on. Awful.
