I was told it was a standard 15,000 mi service, not that it was a "premium service". Afterward, checked the manual and this premium service was not mentioned. I only intended to have the standard service necessary for my vehicle warranty.
Also, I was not informed by phone or email when the service was completed. When I mentioned this to another service rep at the end of the day, she apologized - then I received the completed work email notice after I left SB Honda.
