Melanie was very courteous and friendly in all communications, she anticipated possible needs in addition to the scheduled service which she made me aware of. Further, her demeanor to last minute request of a vehicle cleaning was not only dealt with kindly, but she assured I was completely satisfied and did some of the job herself. Most of us are stressed, or inconvenienced when “being without our vehicles”, Melanie made the difference in making this a pleasant experience. She thinks beyond the minimal, and is genuinely kind and accommodating. It will be my pleasure to have her help me in the future!

I had the lenses polished on my headlights but the guy couldn’t make them completely clear I guess because of sun damage. I will drive around at night and see if I’m getting any more light on the highway. Would’ve liked to of heard the options on buying brand new lenses and getting brighter headlights. In the old days the headlights were completely exposed and all you had to do is wash off the glass.

Carlos was great! Only great things to say about my experience with Carlos! For some reason when I got my car back, the left turn indicator had been changed to rapid mode, which is a bother. Perhaps if I can get out to Goleta (I live in Carp), I'll ask that to be changed back to normal. That is NO reflection though - he was great!
