Jim did a great job at communicating my cars status and walking me through the problem that was with my car. I came in for an oil change and they noticed my front axel was leaking. Thankfully I was able to take the shuttle into work while that got fixed. I’m definitely very happy with the customer service provided by Jim and his making sure I was able to get to work.

anything less than “excellent” should be viewed as an opportunity for improvement. if one is excellent in all aspects, then, where is there room for growth? if there is no growth, then it can be inferred that a point of stagnancy or complacency has been achieved. “improvement” for a business means that they are continuously thriving and growing.. jusayin. in the event that I score any question as anything less than excellent, it is not a reflection on the ability of the technicians/associates that helped me, they are working with the tools given to them and within the framework and under policies that they do not make.
