Very happy that Carlos quickly received my car and completed the service in 2 hours without am appointment. This included an oil change with the service folks straightening the severely bent oil pan metal cover plate that had fallen down. Plus he got my Android Auto working again before even taking the car back. AA had not worked for 6 months and it turned out it had become disabled by the car and the setting of it was not obvious to me. Still disappointed bythe rising oil level, but I have an extended warranty, not that I want a damaged engine beyond that. But great service today, even cashier Pam was concerned about getting the service finished.
