Bonnie was awesome! This was my first time at Santa Barbara Honda. And will definitely be coming back. She was professional, friendly and very personable. Even kept me updated on the status of the oil change as I was waiting in the waiting room. I love that she told me about the recommendations for additional repairs without being pushy. Which makes me want to come back to SB Honda for all future repairs and oil changes. Everyone else was very friendly too.

Jim makes the chore of having repair work, regular maintenance, and, like today, a smog inspection, a pleasurable experience. I would also like to give a shout out to Bonnie. She always has a "Hello!" and happy smile for me each visit.

The person who assisted me, Bonnie Jimenez was fine so these comments to not regard her. My issue was that my car had been overheating for months after having had a camshaft sensor replaced. The diagnostic that was performed was VERY limited in scope because all I was told was that it was a pinhole leak in the radiator. A simple 10 minute leak down test would have shown the whole head gasket was blown. Knowing that, I would not have sunk the money into replacing the radiator (elsewhere since you were back ordered on them), and then paid to have the drivers seat buckle replaced and front O2 sensor replaced. The process makes me feel that only the quickest and simplest solutions are sought in the repair department that ended up costing me quite a bit of money. A quick examination of the spark plugs would have shown they were burning radiator fluid. Instead, I got a clean bill of health listing for the car when it was in critical condition and unsafe to drive. This makes is very hard to trust or recommend servicing machines at Santa Barbara Honda. As an aside I have had a few other issues over the years: after having my tires rotated the technicians forgot to close the valve stem on one of my tires and it went flat on me in the middle of the road and a large dent was on the front of my car after having my timing belt serviced at 100k miles.
