I have been with SB Honda since 2995 (new Honda Civic) jim had been my guy for years. I live on a diet road in the mountains and it is tough in my Honda CRV 2911. I went straight to Jim after being stuck in dirt pot hole. “You. Red all new tires, turn your wheel. Look at the gouges in your tire. It is before Christmas and he fit me in the next day. Phew!! I feel safe again. I totally trues “my dealership car guy” thank you Jim fir keeping me safe.
