Bonnie is a peach. She kept me informed about the progress of my car's service and was straightforward about what needed doing now and what could be postponed.
By the way: I hate the notion that "Anything less than EXCELLENT SERVICE" is a diss. From your point of view it's stupid: it creates a disincentive to report small problems that could easily be corrected. For example, if I gave a less-than-EXCELLENT verdict because the customer waiting room is dismal and the restroom reminds me of a second-class bus terminal in Acapulco, Bonnie's next performance review would suffer, right? That's neither fair nor helpful. Not that I'm saying that.
