I was not the one who brought my car in, but the Hughes Auto Body Shop where my side mirror was being repaired. Carlos Lira texted me right away to let me know that the car would be worked on and he promptly let me know when it was ready to be picked up. Someone from Hughes body Shop picked up the car.
