Jim was great, and my car was devices to my satisfaction. However the technician back my car into a parked car which incurred some very.minor damage on the rear bumper. A note was placed on my account that the damage will be repaired at no charge when convenient for me.

Yesterday I set up a 10 am appointment with Jim Woltman for an oil change. I arrived around 10am and there were a few vehicles ahead of me. Jim tried to sell me a mid service package for about $500.00 but we settled for just the oil change and I proceeded to sit down on the bench in front of the service booth. About 45 minutes later he called me and asked me for the key tag# to check the status of my order and told me they were working on my car. Past noon time I asked him if my car was ready. He said let me go check. He came back and said, I told you the car wouldn't be ready till 3:30 pm.I Honestly never heard him tell me such a thing and it never occurred to me to look at the promised time on the order because yesterday when I set up the appointment He told me he needed the car for a couple of hours to do the oil change. Had he told me yesterday I had to wait 51/2 hours I would have never set up the appointment. I'd have to be crazy to wait 5 hours for an oil change. Nevertheless he asked the service guy to bring me the car and told me to bring it some other day. I told him off, for which I apologize but he should have told me yesterday he was going to take longer than the 2 hours he promised. In any event, I went to Jiffy Lube and I was out of there in 20 minutes. One thing I noticed is that Jim was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Give that man some help!!!

Bonnie in Service was amazing! She communicated with me throughout the day on the status of my CRV. It needed quite a bit of work done and she was able to give me small discount. When I asked her to check on a couple of things, she and the mechanic did and were honest about them not needing repair. I was very impressed with SB Honda and will always ask for Bonnie in the future.
