Ms. Jiménez was great. It took me 3 phone calls to schedule the service, however. This problem had nothing to do with her, however.

Bonnie Jimenez was great! She was professional and kind. I would like to give a piece of feedback that is unrelated to Bonnie and I do not want it to be reflected on her. When my vehicle was returned, the seat covers were completely removed. It looked very disheveled and careless. Why were my seat covers removed? They were left in such disarray.
