I don't care for SB Honda's pressuring tactic, "anything less than excellent service is regarded as a failure." That seems to try to make the customer feel obligated to rate everything on the survey "excellent, to be nice. I've seen that on prior Honda surveys and resent it. Does Honda want true, honest feedback, or just gold stars, regardless?
