I think they should have told me how much the service is going to cost when I called to book an appointment. The person at the phone seemed very irritated at talking to me so I didn't get to ask all the questions I wanted to ask, but the service the day off is ok apart from the price surprise.

Carlos was great, the girl who answered the phone and immediately started to get upset and send us to the service advisor’s voicemail was not so great. My vehicle was brought in by a body shop and I received texts that worried me as I hadn’t brought it in myself. Upon trying to get in touch over a serious manner, the receptionist was dismissive and rude.
