My car was looked at by an expert and told there was no power steering problem that I was informed of on my last visit. I had new wiper blade inserts installed and I was in the road. Bonnie and her daughter are excellent check in people. Knowledgeable, cordial and honest, and really made me feel like I wanted to come back for service again.

I never answer service validation requests usually. In all of my years dealing with auto maintenance and repair, I've never encountered working with a woman staff. As a woman, I have to say, working with Bonnie was absolutely AMAZING. She's kind, respectful, and intelligent. She gives the immediate impression that she respects me and my time and I never once got the feeling that I was being manipulated to spend more money; I never got the feeling that I'm seen as a lesser person because I'm a woman. To be fair, your establishment is not one I've gone to much in the past, it's just the auto repair industry overall that seem to hire only men and most seem to talk down to women, whether they realize they are doing that or not. All that said, Bonnie is phenomenal!! Please keep her as long as you can- I definitely more inclined to come back because of Bonnie, even though it's more inexpensive and closer to go to my local Jiffy Lube. They only hire men though, so I'm definitely coming back to Bonnie.
