Both times I have been here, the customer service is great. But I called last week to set my appointment for my fuel filter and had it set for today. An hour into my service, I was told they didn't have my filter. I set this appointment cause I had time open since I had just finished a job and had a day before starting another one. So now have to reschedule for my filter, but not sure when that will be. But even with this hiccup, I will continue to use Star Ford for my vehicle needs.

Ford is a pain in the **** to deal with, I really appreciated the way Kimbre handled the situation and kept me updated. I was naturally frustrated due that a brand new truck broke down at 700 miles.
