I ordered a new key fob with an insurance claim. The parts took several weeks but that isn't the fault of your employee. He was always polite and professional. I made the appt to sync the key fob and your equipment broke down. Had to reschedule. Once complete, the paperwork did not show my insurance claim and bill showed to be $599 >instead of my deductible. Again, everyone was professional, but lack of communciation should not have happened.

Kimber was great but over all disappointed with the service. As a long time ford owner I have never been charged for an estimate for service. Also I was charged a 17.50 tool fee ?

Vehicle brought in three times for a front end alignment. Each time it was worse than when I brought it in. I’ve never been to a Ford dealership with such unprofessional managers and technicians that are not knowledgeable in their daily tasks. I would have rather been told they couldn’t do the alignment , then waisted three days,8 hours of pay and I had to pay for the alignment AGAIN,only to have to bring the vehicle to another Ford dealership were the alignment was completed successfully!
