Alfa Romeo Maserati St. Petersburg is an amazing dealership. Paul the Manager at the St Petersburg dealership stepped in when my Maserati
MC20 had a bad window regulator and got it fixed right away. I dropped it to the Sarasota Maserati and they told me it was not going to be fixed for 2 to 3 months and to come pick my car up even though it was broken. Paul the Manager of the Saint Petersburg Dealership sent a flatbed picked it up and had it fixed within a week. Thank you Alfa Romeo Maserati St. Petersburg for Great Customer Service!

Repair tech left the repair completely unfinished when delivering car. Had to have Mike come out and finish repair and then other tech come outside and bring remaining parts of the car to install. TERRIBLE RESULT!
Mike made sure things were put back together properly. Fire the tech who worked on the car!!

Madalyn was very professional and transparent in letting me know about a small mishap that happened while servicing my car - i think a nut or something fell down into the oil pan which resulted in my car having to stay overnight. Madalyn immediately let me know what the problem was, and had a solution ready - a loaner while they took care of my Giulia. I appreciate her honesty and just how proactive she was about the situation- she was so thankful that I was understanding but I was understanding because of how she handled the matter. I didn’t really have to worry about anything because Madalyn took care of it and she did if with a smile. She is truly a professional asset to the service department and I definitely will return for future service on my Giulia.
