My vehicle was at the location for 3 hours before I was informed that the part that was ordered 2 weeks ago was broken. Now I have to wait for a new part and schedule another appointment.

I had a 9 am appt. Gerald was very thorough, writing down what I needed checked in my car. However, I don’t know whose job it was to let me know the Service department was not going to have time to work on my car today. Even though I had an appointment. No one called me. I called Gerald and the Service Dept at 3 pm but it went to voicemail. So I called back at 4:30 pm at the same time Gerald was calling me to let me know no one had worked on my car at all, maybe they could work on it tomorrow. I found this experience unacceptable and unprofessional, not the Audi standard of quality.
