Staff made an error in ordering. They corrected it even worse. It was a 3 month ordeal which lead to the service manager telling me he would release my vehicle in good faith that the insurance would pay. So degrading and unprofessional

Robert Snipe is what EVERY service department advisor strive to immulate. I requested his legendary service as a test and he passed with flying colors... He was pleasant and extremely accommodating, his communication was top notch. I prefer to have my vehicles serviced at the dealership, but I don't enjoy having my vehicle held hostage. I had a pre-scheduled tee time at George Dunn GC and Mr. Snipe assured me that my vehicle would be done by the end of my golf round... I dropped my Rover off and Robert was in the hot seat, because what he did not know was that I'm a tough customer and the ambassador of BAD SERVICE(but i'm always polite because anyone can have day, i just seem to get a lot the bad day people)!!! With that said Robert PASSED with flying colors, all A's. He was accommodating, polite, knowledgeable and honest to his credit. My Rover was servived, washed, vacuumed and tires shined up and waiting at the door as if it were a new car delivery. He was in constant communication with me asking me if I had any questions or concerns and sending well wishes for my struggling golf game. His support co-staff/advisors and the parts department was also pleasant. Cudos to the cleaning staff and maintenance staff as well because it's easy to have great work attitude and ethic when you're working in and impeccably clean environment. AGAIN AS FAR AS Mr. Robert Snipe "HE" has almost single handedly restored my faith in the service community. Robert has set the bar for me once again and this is the type of service that I look forward when something has gone wrong. It's already a stressful situation and you want someone to put you at ease and take care of the problem. Robert does just that, he got the job done effortlessly. These are definitely the types of feedbacks that I enjoy to writing...

The first time I came searching for a vehicle at this location in 2021 should’ve made me stay far away! I figured I’d give this location a second chance but dumb me even worst than when I came in looking to purchase. Not a single salesman approached me to ask if I needed assistance at all. However, the service I received last week was terrible. I followed up a few times and the turnaround time was delayed each time. I even requested to speak with a manager and was told a manager wasn’t available but a message would be sent. I never received a phone call back just delayed messages. I was told this location didn’t have loaners for customers then I was told they do but nothing was available. My vehicle was dropped off on Tuesday and I was told it wouldn’t be ready until the following Monday. I asked if I could pick my vehicle up and drop it off when parts arrived no reply. Then I was sent a text message the next morning stating the vehicle was ready for pick up. I’ve had service for a few vehicles in Orland on 159th and in my opinion this area is not friendly to all their customers. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone I would rather drive miles away to be serviced.

I’ve been bringing my vehicle back and forth for the same issue for over two years and the issue has never been resolved I’m very dissatisfied with this dealership and it seems to me that there isn’t any urgency to resolve the issue either also on every occasion I’ve brought my vehicle in never was I offered a loaner and when I requested one at that time my car was under factory warranty I was denied I was told that I had to schedule it at the time I made the appointment the next time I was told they didn’t have any the next time I was told that the vehicle had to be under factory warranty and they said that because the warranty had just expired when I explained that I had a extended warranty I was told no it had to be under the original warranty not extended the whole experience of having to go to this dealership is completely draining and this is putting it lightly I just want my vehicle fixed like it should’ve been over two years ago
