Michael was exceptional! Every time I come into your dealership, you lie about me having a dirty filter even though I just replaced the filters. I believe this is how you're getting money out of people. If you don't become a more honest dealership, and stop trying TO DECEIVE people out of money for unnecessary repairs. I will go to the press. AND SOCIAL MEDIA. I've already called KIA CUSTOMER SERVICE about YOUR dealership before. About a year ago, they lied and said I needed tires, breaks, and other repairs that I just had repaired a day BEFORE my appointment with International Kia. Every time I come now, they claim I have a dirty filter even though I just replaced it less than a month before. They come out with a dirty filter claiming they took it out of my car. You all are a very untrustworthy dealership. I think I may have the news investigation your fraudulent dealership.
