My appointment for an oil change was scheduled for 0830 and finally completed at 1130. An oil change should not take 3 hours long! My advisor, Jaime, failed to provide me with a status and when asked, responded poorly as if he was being inconvenienced. Another advisor attempted to assist and admitted that a scheduled oil change shouldn’t have taken 3 hours. This experience was extremely poor and downright embarrassing for Ontario Volkswagen!

I have been in 4 times now to get my sunroof fixed. I have spent $150 in gas (which is especially irritating as I have an electric car). Additionally my brakes have been squeaking since I drove the car off the lot June, 2021. Each time I leave the dealer I’m told they are fixed. They are still not fixed. Pretty unhappy about all of this.

I am so appreciative of Daniella and her amazing customer service. I had brought my vehicle in to sounds of grinding from the brakes only to come to find out they were metal on metal and needed replacing. We had mentioned to her I had brought up issues of squeaking in the brakes at another dealership but my concerns were never noted nor addressed so I was made to believe my breaks were fine. I have two children who are often in my car so this was disappointing to find out I was driving around unsafe. Daniella’s sense of urgency and follow up to help us get the best price and best service were top notch. Needless to say, I will continue to only bring my vehicle to Ontario because of her amazing customer service. Thank you Daniella!
