The service department at ontario VW just keeps getting better and better and quicker service too,I really appreciate thank you.James Willhide is well informed very kind and is a key reason things get done, I watch how he moves around trying to get the people out. When I got home with my vehicle I switched back to my regular keys(I dropped of my vehicle with the spare key) and it was no longer working. I lost program. I can’t unlock my car or start it. When I called back(numerous times) I was told it was nothing to do with the repairs performed. I’m trying to understand how my key lost programming in the 3 days it was at the dealership? I go back and forth with both keys and never had a problem with them before. I would really like to see the GFF paperwork to understand why my key no longer works, and also have them reprogrammed again so I have 2 functioning keys.
