Service provider said vehicle would take approximately 3 hours to service and would contact me when vehicle was ready for pick up. Service provider never called. I had to make a phone call 5 minutes prior to service department closing. If I had not called, I would not have been able to pick up the vehicle until the next business day (Monday).
