I got to my appointment early waited in line and continued to wait. They processed people who got there after me and when I brought it up they’d say they weren’t helping the other person though they’d talk to that person and that person would leave. I continued to wait until my husband got the person meant to help us who my husband said wasn’t doing anything and wasn’t aware I was waiting. Had I had to wait I’d understand, but having to wait while people who arrived later than I did got helped and being told they weren’t being helped was odd, uncomfortable and unacceptable. Any explanation would have been helpful. I was finally told that the person who was supposed to help me was busy with others but he told my husband a different story. This put a damper on my experience and left a bad feeling about the service I was getting.
