My appointment could not be found when I arrived which led to me having to wait 30 minutes for a service advisor. I showed the person who checked me in and the service advisor the text message sent to me the day before reminding me of my appointment. If I didn’t have an appointment why was I sent a reminder text? The estimate for work to be done on my car only showed the cost for parts, the estimate did not include the cost for both parts and labor.
