Katy no fue la persona que me atendió, pero la muchacha que me atendió no tuvo una buena actitud hacia mi, creo que no tiene el carácter ni la personalidad para ser una Service Advisor , prefiero mejor a Katy, me siento más cómodo cuando ella me atiende, gracias!

Katy was really sweet she answered my questions and did a great job. I wish you’d go back to the way it was were you’d have one person to deal with instead of having to deal with somebody different every time you go. It makes it more personalized and then somebody like Katy can get the feedback she needs to get from real people that works with her every time. I personally feel customers also appreciate the interaction more they feel like someone’s looking out for them, instead of just anyone.
