Anthony was very helpful and understanding. Although I went in late in the day he took the time to address my vehicles needs . I appreciate his honesty and how quickly he was able to get my vehicle serviced. Will definitely continue to bring my vehicle in for service with Mr. Madrigal and recommend him to friends and family !

I do not like my service representative, his name is Glenn Deitsch. He does not respond to any of my phone calls. He is not friendly and not accommodating. He should not be a representative because I find him lazy too! He takes forever to come out and help you when he does not even have anyone that he’s helping inside at his desk. Overall I’m not happy with Northridge Toyota!

I don’t know the provider (David Alejandro) had problem or it was your dealership problem!! But when he send a message that “your car is ready to back home” nobody call me to arrange an uber and what exactly time even when I texted back to him. Finally I called and after I got in dealership he told me your car will be brought for a few minutes but after 20 minuted I had to asked one if the outside worker to bring it for me, even I had to show him where exactly my car is!!! I don’t know what did that provider exactly doing over there?!?!?
