Northridge Toyota we’re not able to price match the replacement of my tire that was torn so they replaced it with the spare and dropped the dirty torn tire into my cream upholstered highlander XLE SUV without any protection and damage the interior and upholstery. I also do not understand why they could not have thrown the old tire away since it was unrepairable and just place the wheel inside the Vehicle with protection. I am still waiting for a phone call they said I would receive about fixing this damage.
